Confidence & Motivation
Your perception of yourself has an enormous impact on how you live your life and your level of self confidence and motivation. For many of us our perceptions are based on influences of the past including teachers, media, family, friends and parents. Many of these perceptions were simply somebody else’s perceptions too! If those perceptions were unhelpful to you they can have great influence on your self worth and your ability to motivate yourself and overcome excuses, self doubt and procrastination in the future.
False Beliefs Such as:
‘You’re too big for your boots’
‘You’ve got tickets on yourself’
‘You can’t do that’
‘You can’t sing’
‘You’re too fat or too thin’
‘You’ll never amount to much’
‘You can’t speak in public’
‘You’re no good’
‘You’re too this or too that’
‘What’s the point, I’m no good anyway’
It is important to remember …You are Worthy!
Worthy of success, worthy of health. You are worthy of confidence and happiness. You are worthy of having a voice and sharing your opinion. You are worthy of achieving what you wish to achieve.
The more self confidence you exude from the inside, the more likely it is that you feel and create successful outcomes on the outside. The more likely it is that you will believe in your ability and strengths and therefore succeed at whatever it is you wish to do.

Often it can be as a result of a fear of what others may think of us, a fear of being judged
